			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>While the car projects will use a standard laptop hard drive due to the need for large amounts of information, I have started to experiment with using <a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812186034" title="Newegg - IDE to CF Adapter" target="_blank">IDE to CF adapters with 40 and 44 pin connector</a> ($12.99) and a <a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211191" title="Newegg - 4GB CF" target="_blank">4GB CF Card</a> ($15.49) for applications that will be on the local network (NAS/Kitchen PC/Streaming Audio).  <a href="http://www.slackware.com/" title="Slackware Linux" target="_blank">Slackware</a> would appear to be the most likely distribution due to the size, but I will experiment with both <a href="http://www.ubuntu.com/" title="Ubuntu Linux" target="_blank">Ubuntu</a> and a stripped down <a href="http://www.debian.org/" title="Debian Linux">Debian</a> for SnG&#8217;s.</p>
